Tin Plating

Tin plating is a surface covering in which a metal is deposited on a conductive surface. Plating is used to decorate objects, for corrosion inhibition, to improve solderability, to harder, to improve paint adhesion, to alter conductivity, to improve IR reflectivity or for radiation shielding

Tin plating on copper based alloys is generally used for corrosion inhibitor.  It is usually deposited onto the surface with a thickness of 5-6 micron

Additional Info

If there is a requirement for additional conductivity we have capabilities to plate in a variety of alternative metals including silver and gold
