Elevate Your Designs with hammering and Grain Structure Sheet metal Finishes

Australian Metals is proud to introduce groundbreaking sheet metal finishes for the architectural market, starting from 2024. Our significant investments in process and plant technologies allow us to offer hammering and grain structure finishes initially for copper and brass, extending to any material up to 1200mm wide and a maximum thickness of 1.6mm. The application of mechanical deformation results in distinctive peaks and troughs, creating visually stunning surfaces.

Versatility in Design – From Copper and Brass to Any Material

Responding to market demands, our finishes can now be applied to a wide range of materials. Whether it’s copper, brass, or any material up to 1200mm wide, we’ve got you covered. Additionally, we can complete patterns in coil form upon request, providing unparalleled design flexibility for architects and designers.

Exploring Design Variables with Patina Finishes

Dive into the world of design possibilities with our patina finishes. We offer options such as applying a patina and utilizing scotch bright removal for a balanced look. This technique achieves an aged brass appearance in low spots while retaining the appeal of a newer finish on high spots. Stay tuned for upcoming displays showcasing these design variables.

Powder coat Finish on Aluminium for Ultimate Customization

Take your designs a step further by choosing hammering finishes on aluminum. Once applied, the sheet can receive a powder coat finish in any colour of your choice. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides a textured surface, allowing you to achieve the exact look your project demands.

Cost-Efficient Luxury – Revolutionizing Sheetmetal Pricing

Our new application technology is not only innovative but also focused on affordability. While traditional hammering finish sheets cost thousands with weeks upon weeks lead times, we are excited to offer options for as little as a couple of hundred dollars per sheet with fast turnaround. Experience the luxury of high-end finishes without breaking the bank.

Visual Delights – Preview Our Hammering and Grain Structure Finishes
